- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
