Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Add the frozen mango chunks, fresh spinach leaves, half a banana, unsweetened almond milk, water, chia seeds, grated ginger, fresh lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using) into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all the spinach and chia seeds are well incorporated without any lumps.
